1. How long does shipping take?
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 14–31 business days
These timeframes do not include our 1–3 business day processing period.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on country, customs processes, and local postal services.
3. How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible after your order ships.
You can check your tracking status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
4. My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, especially during peak seasons or for international orders. This is normal and does not affect your delivery time.
5. Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This allows us to get items to you faster.
6. What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to customs, weather, or postal service issues. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications.
8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Please email us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address.
If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change it.

Yes! Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
13. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
